Chronic pain is incredibly hard to live with. It affects every area of your life and finding a tool that help control the symptoms is invaluable. Today Jessyka talks Fibromyalgia, floating and how it has helped her and others who live with chronic pain.

There have been several large studies done with Fibromyalgia and floating. We are happy to have been a part of the International Fibromyalgia Floatation Project! Preliminary results are out and you can find them online.

The original study was very promising and gives us all hope at finding floating to be a way to consistently alleviate anxiety and pain for many with inflammatory chronic pain. Those results are also online and you can find them by clicking here.

Did you know we also have a float program for people with chronic pain? Our Float4Health program has helped people with Fibro to Rheumatoid Arthritis, to back pain, MS, and much more. Today she talks about the program and how you can get involved.

You can find more information on Float4Health by visiting us online.

Got questions? We are always available to talk about our program or any questions you may have about floating. Float Nashville is run by people dedicated to the art of the float and always happy to do our best to answer your questions!
